摘　　要：磁性纤维是一种新型功能性纤维,具有远红外保健和磁疗保健的双重功能。但是它和Lyocell、羊毛、精梳长绒棉之间的性能差异大,混纺困难。本文针对纤维间抱合力差、纺纱静电严重、湿度敏感等问题,介绍了磁性纤维/Lyocell/羊毛/精梳长绒棉(10/10/40/40)14.7tex×2半精纺纱线生产工艺流程,各工序采取的关键技术措施。通过选用恰当的原料预处理、适宜的工艺配置、以及适当的温湿度,有效地解决了成条困难、缠绕严重等问题。Magnetic fiber is a kind of new functional fiber,with the far-infrared care and health protection of double function.But between it,Lyocell,wool and combed long-staple cotton performance difference is big,the fabric blending is difficult.This article in view of the textile fiber between the cohesive force difference,reels thread the static electricity to be serious,humidity sensitive and so on questions,introduced the magnetic fiber/ Lyocell /wool/combed long-staple cotton（10/10/40/40） 14.7tex×2 semi-worsted spinning yarn technique of production flow,the process of the key technical measures taken.Through selects the appropriate raw material pretreatment,the suitable craft disposition,as well as the suitable humiture,solved effectively has become the strip difficulty,the winding seriously and so on questions,had guaranteed became the gauze quality level and the new product smooth development production.
