摘　　要：目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清visfatin变化及其临床意义。方法选择年龄、BM I匹配的OSAHS患者33例(OSAHS组)和单纯肥胖者30例(对照组);并检测两组血清visfatin、血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS)、血脂,以及AHI、最低血氧饱和度(SaO2)。结果与对照组比较,OSAHS组visfatin、AHI、FINS明显升高,最低SaO2明显降低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 OSAHS患者血清visfatin升高,visfatin可能是导致OASHS发生、发展的因素。Objective To investigate the changes of serum visfatin levels in the patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） and to determine their clinical significance.Methods A total of 33 patients with OSAHS（OSAHS group） and 30 simple obese patients（control group） enrolled in the study.The group had no differences in age and body mass index（BMI）.The levels of serum visfatin,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,insulin（FINS）,lipid and AHI,the minimum oxygen saturation（miniSaO2） were measured in all peoples.Results The levels of visfatin,AHI,FINS in the OSAHS patients were significantly higher and the miniSaO2 in these patients were significantly lower than those of the normal control group（P0.05）.Conclusions.The increase of serum visfatin level appears in the OSAHS patients.Serum visfatin might constitute one of the important causes in the occurrence and development in OSAHS.
