摘　　要：关注世博会各国展馆的建筑表皮材料,从历史的纵向比较上海世博与往届世博外表皮材料的创新性及多样性,在横向上从自然材料和高科技材料的角度发掘世博建筑的文化背景的异同。This paper concerns about the different nation＇s surface materials showed in the pavilions of Shanghai World Expo 2010.A comparison and contrast was made concerning the materials from the past history about diversities and innovations of surface materials,and about natural materials and high-tech materials in this paper which explores similarities and differences between the cultural background of the Expo pavilion.
