摘  要:为了解色素对家蚕生理的影响及其在体内的吸收与转运,用"2号红X"色素对家蚕(苏雄×荧晓)进行添食试验,测定家蚕5龄幼虫的血液电导率及蛋白含量,同时对所得家蚕茧色荧光抽提物进行薄层层析,了解添食色素对家蚕茧色荧光色素的影响。结果表明:添食人工色素对家蚕的生理影响较小;添食色素后,家蚕的血液、丝腺、蚕卵、蚕茧都有存积,其颜色与添食色素颜色一致;茧层抽提物薄层层析后,发现有3条色素带发生了变化,推测这可能是形成有色茧的关键色素物质。We used the silkworm(Bombyx mori)as the object of study.To understand the physiology of silkworm after adding pigment named No.2 red X into the food of silkworm,we tested the blood protein and conductivity of 5th instar larvae.The fluorescence extractive of cocoon shell was analyzed by using the technology of thin later chromatography(TLC).We could understand the effect of fluorescent pigment after adding pigment.The results indicated that it had little effect on physiology.The blood,silk gland,silkworm eggs,cocoon shell were colored,and the color was the same with the pigment which adding into the food of silkworm.After TLC,we found that three of the all pigment belts had changed.It speculated that these three kinds of pigment are the key pigment to form the color cocoon.
