摘  要:针对涤纶织带采用分散染料高温热融染色耗能较高的缺点,采用阳离子染料对改性涤纶织带进行常温轧染染色,探讨固色温度、固色时间、染液的pH值、匀染剂PE用量对改性涤纶织带染色性能的影响。试验结果表明,改性涤纶织带轧染染色时固色温度宜控制在100℃,固色时间为2.5 min,染液的pH值为4,匀染剂的质量浓度为20g/L,织带的匀染性和色牢度等染色性能较好。与传统涤纶热熔染色工艺相比,该工艺可以明显节约水电成本,并大幅减少废水排放。In view of higher energy consumption of polyester ribbon with disperse dyes with conventional thermosol dyeing,the effects of dyeing temperature,fixation time,pH value of dyeing bath and dosage of leveler PE for dyeing behaviors of modified polyester ribbon with cationic dyes in low temperature pad dyeing were discussed.The results showed that modified polyester ribbon could obtain good color evenness and fastness when dyeing temperature under 100℃,fixation time 2.5 min,pH value of dyeing bath 4,and leveler PE 20 g/L.Compared with conventional thermosol dyeing,pad dyeing of modified polyester ribbon could save the comprehensive consumption of water and energy.Meanwhile,a large amount of waste water disposal can be decreased.
