高强度防砍抗刺针织面料的研究

摘　　要：采用纬编双罗纹组织,以超高强度聚乙烯长丝为原料制作了高强度的防砍抗刺面料,并对面料进行防砍抗刺的系列测试。结果表明,该面料具有极高的耐砍、耐割、抗穿刺性能,能较好用于制作防护服。Using weft double rib and extra high tensile strength polyvinyl fiber,high tensile strength puncture resistance knitting fabrics were made with knitting method.Then,a series of tests were carried out on the puncture resistance of the shell fabric.The results showed that there is a very high level of puncture resistance of this kind of shell fabric which is suitable to be made into protective clothing.
