摘　　要：通过动态的历史研究法,将不同时期、不同地域具有代表性的国际商贸中心进行对比、归纳,总结出国际商贸中心的三个演变类型及其特点,据此为北京在十二五期间的发展规划提供建议。The representative international business centers in different period and different region are compared and inducted by dynamic historical research. Then three evolution patterns of international business center and their characteristics are summarized. From above conclusion, the advice to Beijing development during the year of 2011 to 2015 is given at end.
