摘　　要：推进大型居住社区保障性住宅建设已成为应对城市住房问题的"上海模式",是政府主导的一项重要的民生工程,主要以国有开发企业为建设主体具体实施。通过对松江泗泾大型居住社区开发建设过程的回顾,从控制性详细规划的内容和程序两方面分析了大型居住社区规划编制与实施的互动关系,并由此提出优化规划编制过程的若干建议。To promote the construction of large-scale residential communities has become the ＂Shanghai model＂ to solve urban housing problem,it’s a major government-led livelihood project,and the concrete implementation body is the state-owned development company. By reviewing on the process of developing and constructing Songjiang Sijing Large- scale Residential Community, the article analyzes the interaction between planning establishment and implementation from the content and process of the regulatory plan, and then it proposes some recommendations on optimizing the process of planning.
