摘 要:以温室内萌发的弗吉尼亚鼠刺当年生半木质化枝条为扦插材料,分别以不同质量浓度(200、500、800、1 000、1 500 mg/kg)的IAA、IBA、ABT、NAA为外源激素处理插穗,对弗吉尼亚鼠刺扦插生根情况进行调查,结果表明:不同激素和不同浓度处理对弗吉尼亚鼠刺插穗的生根率、生根量和平均根长均产生显著的影响。IAA处理的插穗生根率最高,达100%,IBA处理次之;以IBA 1 000 mg/kg处理的插穗不定根数最多,为24.4根/插穗,IBA 800 mg/kg处理次之;以IAA 1 000 mg/kg处理的插穗不定根平均根长最长。In this study,we investigated the effect of different hormones(IAA,IBA,ABT,NAA) at the concentrations of 200,500,800,1 000 and 1 500 mg/kg on the rooting of Itea virginica cuttings collected from greenhouse-grown.The rooting ability was studied by measuring rooting rate,length and number of adventitious roots of Itea virginica cuttings.The results showed that there were significant differences in the rooting rate,the number of adventitious roots and length of adventitious roots among different treatments.The rooting rate of cuttings with IAA treatment was the highest at 100%,and the cuttings with IBA was followed.The number of adventitious roots of cuttings with IBA 1 000 mg/kg treatment was the most,at 24.4,and the cuttings with IBA 800 mg/kg was followed.The length of adventitious roots of cuttings with IAA 1 000 mg/kg treatment was the longest.
