烧结脱硫灰制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的研究  被引量:1

摘  要:研究了烧结烟气半干法脱硫灰复掺粉煤灰、水渣/水泥,辅之外加剂,制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的可行性。实验结果显示,当脱硫灰掺入量25%,粉煤灰掺入量45%,水渣和水泥掺入量均15%,铝粉掺入量0.04%,水料比0.6,稳泡剂掺入量0.0012%,烧碱掺入量1%,无需额外添加石膏,采用蒸压养护12.5h(其中抽真空时间为0.5h,真空度-0.08-0.06MPa;升温时间3h;恒温时间为8h,恒温压力1.5MPa;降温时间为2h)时,制得的蒸压加气混凝土砌块的力学性能符合GB11968—2006中对B07级优等品的要求。The feasibility of autoclaved aerated concrete block prepared by sintering flue gas desulphurization ( FGD ) ash,fly ash,powdery blast-furnace slag/cement and other additives was studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the products achieved the national prescriptive standard of classified B07 for autoclaved aerated concrete block in GB11968-2006,when the ratio of components was as follows: 25% of FGD ash,45% of fly ash, 15% of slag, 15% of cement,0.04% of aluminum powder, 1% of caustic soda,0.6 of water/cement ratio, 0.0012% of foam stabilizer,no additional gypsum,and the curing condition of 12.5 hours steam-autoclaved curing ( the vacuum time of 0.5 hour, vacuum pressure of -0.08-0.06MPa, heating time of 3 hours, constant temperature time of 8 hours,constant temperature pressure of 1.5MPa,and cooling time of 2 hours).
