摘　　要：结合北京某工程在加气混凝土墙面采用粉刷石膏商品砂浆，有效控制墙面空鼓、裂缝的应用实例，分析了加气混凝土墙面抹灰层空鼓开裂病因，并介绍了该材料的性能特点、施工工艺及质量控制措施。通过该实例，证明该材料绿色环保，综合造价低，值得推广使用。according to the application example which is using gypsum paint mortar at aerated concrete wall surface can effective control metope empty drum and crack in Beijing some project, the article analyzed the reason of aerated concrete wall plaster layer empty drum and crack, and introduced the material performance characteristic, the construction technology and quality control measures. The application example proved it is the green environmental protection material, low comprehensive cost and is worth popularizing.
