参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者免疫功能的影响。方法 60例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上联用参麦注射液治疗。观察2组免疫功能的变化。结果治疗组治疗后CD3、IgA、IgG、IgM明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论在常规治疗基础上联用参麦注射液治疗AECOPD能改善患者免疫功能。Objective To explore the influences of Shenmai injection on immune functions in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and an treatment group,30 cases of each.The control group was given traditional treatment,while the treatment group based on the control group was added Shenmai injection.The change of immune functions of 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3,IgA,IgG and IgM of the treatment were respectively higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Basing on conventional therapy,adding Shenmai injection to treat AECOPD can improve the immune functions of patients.
