摘　　要：遵循新型农村社会养老保险(简称新农保)与城镇基本养老保险接轨的基本原则,运用保险精算的相关原理建立了精算模型,对新农保个人账户财政补贴适度水平进行了测度,确定了两组适度的个人账户缴费率和补贴率.Following the basic principle of integrating the new rural social old-age insurance with the urban basic old-age insurance,an actuarial model was established based on actuarial principles,a moderate level for individual account subsidized by the local government was calculated and two groups of moderate payment rate and subsidy rate of the new rural social old-age insurance were determined.
