热轧轧辊表面氧化膜的试验研究

摘　　要：通过数码相机观察不同试验阶段轧辊盘表面氧化膜形貌变化，采用便携式粗糙度仪测量轧辊盘表面粗糙度的变化，分析了不同轧辊材料表面氧化膜形成机理。Digital camera was used to analyze the topography change of the oxide layer and portable surface roughness measuring instrument was used to measure the roughness change of the roll disk surface. The oxide layer forming mechanism of different roll materials was analyzed.
