摘　　要：矿产资源开发整合可能导致利益格局的非均衡发展、增加发展的不确定性程度、挫伤矿产民营经济发展的信心、强化地方保护主义、引发垄断后遗症的质疑等负面效应,分析了风险产生的机理和内在动因,以便制订有效对策。Mineral resources integration can cause many risks,including unbalanced development of the benefit patterns,the enhancement of the nondeterminacy level,the contusion of the confidence in developing private economies,the reinforcement of regional protectionism,the oppugn of the sequelae about monopolization,etc.The author analyzed the mechanism and internal agent of risks,in order to draw up effective countermeasures.
