摘 要:山前浅部盐层受剧烈构造挤压,断层发育,断层附近高强度套管损坏时有发生,严重影响了后续钻井工作。针对浅部盐层断层附近套管变形与破坏的关键科学问题,开展浅部盐层断层附近套管损害机理与对策研究。通过分析山前浅部盐层断层的地质条件,确定套管变形的主要原因,利用有限元模型,对使用高强度套管、增加壁厚、提高固井质量和采用双组合套管等工艺措施进行了研究,制定了抑制浅部盐层断层附近套管变形的工程对策并给出了相应的套管组合。现场应用表明,上述套管组合可有效封隔浅部盐层,避免发生套管损坏事件。The shallow salt belt of mountain front is severely squeezed,so faults are developed there.The casing near the faults tends to break down,which affects the following drilling process greatly.According to the key scientific issue in the casing deformation and failure near the faults,the casing failure mechanism and curing strategies are studied.Through analyzing the geological environment of the shallow salt belt faults,the main reason for casing deformation was determined.By finite element model,the treating techniques of applying high strength casing,increasing casing wall thickness,improving cementing quality,and taking double casings were studied,and the strategy to inhibit casing deformation was made and corresponding casing assemble was recommended.The application showed that the studied casing assemble could efficiently isolate the shallow salt belt to avoid casing failure.
