摘  要:塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏因油稠掺稀生产,电泵井停掺稀测液面存在电流升高、过载及躺井风险,加大了生产成本,同时因掺稀生产油套环空存在泡沫段及负压,导致电泵井动液面数据极其缺乏,制约了油田的开发生产。电泵井憋压法计算动液面以电泵井的频率与扬程及总动压头之间的关系作为理论依据,推导出动液面的计算式,并在现场进行了大量对比实验,证明计算结果合理、可靠,可用于指导生产。Mixing light-oil production to the heavy oil of carbonate reservoir was performed in Tahe oilfield.When the electric pumping well stops diluting oil the measurement of dynamic liquid level may faces the risk of electric current elevating,overload and lie down,which increases the production cost.Meanwhile,the existence of foam section and negative pressure in the space tube and casing in the diluting oil process has resulted in lack of dynamic liquid level data for the pumping wells and has limited the development of the oilfield.Pressure-out method was used to calculate the dynamic liquid level for electric submersible pumping well,which was based on the relationship among the frequency of electric pumping wells,head relations and total pressure head.Finally,the calculating formula of dynamic liquid level was first deduced,and then was applied to abundance field comparison experiments.Results from the field proved to be reasonable and reliable,which can be used to direct production.
