水性聚氨酯粘合剂的合成及在弹力皮革上的应用

摘　　要：采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG2000)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、环氧树脂和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要原料,合成了环氧树脂改性的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯粘合剂乳液,并应用在复合皮革上。实验获得最佳的复合工艺条件为:涂布量为30～35g/m2,复合压力为7～8MPa,复合温度为100～110℃。The waterborne polyurethane-acrylate adhesive emulsion modified by epoxy resin was synthesized using toluene diisocyanate（TDI）,polyethylene glycol（PEG2000）,dimethylolbutyric acid（DMBA）,epoxy resin and butyl acrylate（BA）,which was applied to the composite leather.The results showed that the best composite prerequisite was obtained with the follow conditions：the coating weight was 30-35 g/m2,combination pressure was 7-8 MPa,and reaction temperature was 100-110 ℃.
