摘　　要：皮革和毛皮中的禁用偶氮染料要经过还原裂解、提取柱萃取、净化和浓缩等实验操作步骤才能进行仪器分析。从试剂与耗材方面、仪器设备方面和人员操作方面对皮革和毛皮中禁用偶氮染料检验的控制点进行分析,以便减少检验差错,提高检验质量。The banned azo colorants in leather and fur can be analyzed after reduction,solid-phase extraction,clean-up procedure and concentration.Control points of determination procedure for banned azo colorants are analyzed in reagent、apparatus and operation,in order to reduce testing accident and improve testing quality.
