摘 要:2006年每月在长江口徐六泾采集颗粒态样品,进行颗粒态氨基酸(PAA)、颗粒态有机碳(POC)、颗粒态氮(PN)和叶绿素(Chl-a)的分析测定,以了解长江口徐六泾颗粒态氨基酸的月季变化特征及来源。结果表明,总颗粒态氨基酸(TPAA)与总悬浮颗粒物(TSM)之间是正相关关系(r=0.780,p<0.005)。TPAA在1月份达到最高值3.14μmol/L,在10月份降至最低值1.11μmol/L。各种氨基酸占总颗粒态氨基酸的摩尔百分比及D型对映体的相对比例均无显著变化。其中,天冬氨酸(Asp)、甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)、谷氨酸(Glu)、苏氨酸(Thr)、缬氨酸(Val)、丝氨酸(Ser)和亮氨酸(Leu)为优势氨基酸。D型精氨酸(D-Arg)、D型天冬氨酸(D-Asp)、D型谷氨酸(D-Glu)、D型亮氨酸(D-leu)和D型丙氨酸(D-Ala)为主要的D型氨基酸,其主要来自细菌源。POC/Chl-a,TPAA/PN与降解系数(DI)的对比表明:长江口徐六泾颗粒态氨基酸主要来源于陆源输入和新鲜浮游植物,且受到2006特枯年的气候干旱和三峡蓄水等因素的影响。The particulate samples were collected monthly in Xuliujing Changjiang Estuary during 2006. The analyses of particulate amino acids (PAA), particulate organic carbon (POC), particulate nitrogen (PN), and chlorophyll (Chl-a) were carried out to study the monthly change and the variation of sources of particulate amino acids in Xuliujing ( Changjiang Estuary). There is positive correlation (r = 0. 780, p 〈 0. 005 ) between total PAA and suspended particle. Total PAA concentration varied from the highest value (3. 14μmol/L) in January to the minimum (1.11 μmol/L) in October. The molar percentage variation of individual amino acids to total PAA is not significant, as well as the relative proportion of D-amino acids. Aspartic Acid (Asp), Glyeine (Gly), Alanine (Ala) , Glutamine (Glu) , Threonine ( Thr ) , Valine (Val) , Serine (Set) and Leuciue ( Leu ) are the dominant compositions. D- Arg, D-Asx, D-Glx, D-leu and D-Ala are the main D-amino acids, which is mostly derived from bacterial source. The contrast between POC/Chl-a, TPAA/PN and Degradation Index (DI) indicate that the source of particulate amino acids is dominated by the mixture of highly degraded terrestrial material and fresh insitu phytoplankton. Impound in the Three Gorges and extreme drought weather in the year 2006 over Changjiang basin may contribute to such kind of variation and characteristics.
