摘  要:研究了在室温和50℃条件下,终止剂HSD不同加料水平对丁苯橡胶乳液聚合反应的终止效果及对丁苯橡胶生胶门尼粘度和硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,对于丁苯乳液聚合,在室温和50℃、不同加料水平条件下,HSD均具有良好的终止效果;HSD加料水平对丁苯橡胶生胶门尼粘度和硫化胶拉伸强度、扯断伸长率没有明显的影响,而对硫化胶25 min的300%定伸应力影响较大。随着HSD加料水平的增加,25 min的300%定伸应力提高。当终止剂HSD加料水平为220%时,所合成的样品可达到丁苯橡胶优级品标准,亚硝胺含量可满足欧洲环保性能指标要求。The termination effect of different content of HSD on emulsion polymerization of SBR rubber in the room temperature and 50 ℃,the Mooney viscosity of raw rubber and the property of vulcanized rubber was investigated.The result showed that HSD with different amount had a good termination effect in room temperature and 50 ℃.The Mooney viscosity of raw SBR,the elongation at break and the tensile strength of rubber were not influenced by the different amount of SBR.With increasing amount of HSD,the modulus at 300% in 25 min increased.When the amount of HSD was 220%,the sample can achieve the standard of superior grade product of SBR,The content of nitrosamine in SBR rubber can reach the standard of environmental index.
