摘　　要：构建多学科集成与交叉的培养环境与机制,培养未来能够解决综合性重大科技和社会问题的复合型创新人才已经成为各国研究生教育发展的共识和趋势,也是研究生培养模式改革的重要课题。对国内外有关学科交叉研究生培养研究的已有成果进行综述,在总结与分析现有成果的同时,指出了对学科交叉研究生培养研究需要进一步研究解决的问题,同时也提出了几点思考。Interdisciplinary training for graduate students has become one of the most important modes on training for graduate students.It is also one of the most important projects for graduate education reformation.After summarizing the current research results on interdisciplinary training for graduate students,the author put forward several questions and reflections on it which need to be researched in depth.
