汽油吸附脱硫烟气引入硫磺装置尾气加氢单元运行总结

摘　　要：介绍了中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂900 kt/a汽油吸附脱硫(SZorb)装置再生烟气全部引入80kt/a硫磺回收装置尾气处理单元的运行情况。硫磺回收装置未进行任何改动,仅增加一条S Zorb装置到硫磺回收装置加氢反应器入口的管线,并采用了中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院开发的LSH-03低温耐氧高活性的尾气加氢催化剂。近1a的运行结果表明,硫磺回收装置操作稳定,能耗低,总硫排放量远低于国家排放标准。This paper discussed some innovations of a few facilities which delivered all the regenerated flue gas of gasoline adsorption desulfurization（S Zorb）unit（900 kt/a）to the tail gas treatment system of the sulfur recovery unit（80 kt/a）in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Co.,SINOPEC,and their running conditions.No modification was made about the facilities of the sulfur recovery,but just adding a pipeline which connected the S Zorb unit and the inlet of the hydrogenation reactor of the sulfur recovery unit and using LSH-03 low temperature oxygen -resistant high activity tail gas hydrogenation catalyst developed by Research Institute of Qilu Branch Co.,SINOPEC.The running results in the past nearly one year showed that the sulfur recovery unit operated stably with low energy consumption and the total sulfur emission was far below the national emission standard.
