摘　　要：随着我国电子商务的发展,第三方支付日益成为一种重要的支付方式,受到人们的广泛关注。第三方支付的发展离不开银行的支持,但随着第三方支付的发展壮大,二者的关系发生了微妙的变化,出现了既有竞争又有合作的关系。通过分析二者之间竞争与合作关系,从而提出实现二者共赢的建议。With the development of the domestic e-commerce,the third-party payment has become an important payment,getting lots of concerns.The third party payment cannot develop without the support of the banking system.But as the third-party payment becoming increasingly more popular,their connection changes subtly,having competition as well as cooperation.This essay analyzes their connection and gives our own opinion of how to obtain win-win.
