分光光度法与酶标仪微量法测量菌液浓度的比较

摘　　要：分别采用分光光度法和酶标仪微量法测量发酵菌液浓度,对两种方法测量结果进行比较。结果表明,两种方法测量的结果无显著性差异(t=0.02),但酶标仪微量法比分光光度法测量的准确度和精密度高。The cell concentration in fermentation liquid was measured by microplate reader microtitration and spectrophotometry,and the results were compared.There were no remarkable differences between two methods in measurement results（t=0.02）.But microplate reader microtitration has the better accuracy and precision than Spectrophotometry.
