摘  要:采用近红外光谱分析技术对注射用益气复脉(冻干)中人参总皂苷含量进行了定量分析。用50批样品的原始光谱经一阶导数和多元散射校正技术预处理,选取4246—4848cm-1及6098—7502cm-1波段,并结合偏最小二乘回归法对人参总皂苷进行了建模分析,结果R2为90.04,RMSECV为0.614,最佳回归因子为9。用建立的模型对10批样品的人参总皂苷进行了预测,RMSEP为0.517,10份样品的预测值和真实值之间RSD平均值为4.1%。The method for determination of total ginsenosides in yiqifumai injection was quantificationally analyzed by near infrared spectroscopy.The primary spectra of fifty samples were preprocessed by first derivative and multivariant scatter correction(MSC) technology,and 4246—4848cm^-1 and 6098—7502cm^-1 were choosed,and total ginsenosides were established to analyze with combining partial least squares(PLS).The R2 was 90.04 with RMSECV of 0.614 and the rank of 9.Acordding to this model to analyze 10 samples,the RMSEP was 0.517,and the average RSD was 4.1% between predicted value and true value of 10 samples.
