摘　　要：建立了杏香兔耳风高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸的水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱程序为0min(30∶70)-15min(30∶70)-20min(50∶50)-40min(50∶50);流速0.8mL.min-1;检测波长350nm;柱温25℃。建立的杏香兔耳风指纹图谱中共确定了10个共有峰,各样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上,建立的HPLC指纹图谱具有良好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,可以作为杏香兔耳风质量评价的主要依据,也为深入研究中药杏香兔耳风的质量标准提供了实验基础。The chromatographic fingerprint of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ.was established by HPLC,which can be applied for science assessment and control of quality of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ..A Kromasil C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） was used with methanol-0.5 % phosphoric acid water solution as the mobile phase in gradient elution 0min（30∶70）-15min（30∶70）-20min（50∶50）-40min（50∶50） with flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was at 350nm with the column temperature of 25℃.The 10 common peaks were found in the established chromatographic fingerprint of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ.,and good similarities of the chromatographic fingerprint between the various samples and standard fingerprint was over 0.9.The established HPLC chromatographic fingerprint has good precision,repeatability and stability,that can be used for the main quality control of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ.,meanwhile,provides an experimental basis for further investigation of quality control of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ..
