各组分对三罐装聚氨酯亚光木器漆光泽度的影响

摘　　要：三罐装聚氨酯亚光木器漆的光泽度是其三个组分A组分(主剂)、B组分(固化剂)、C组分(稀释剂)共同作用的结果。文章分别研究了A组分中消光粉用量、树脂用量,B组分的固化速度和C组分溶剂的极性和挥发速度对亚光漆光泽度的影响,结果表明:A组分中消光粉用量的增大有利于光泽度的降低;B组分固化速度的加快有利于光泽度的降低;C组分中溶剂极性减弱和挥发速度的增大有利于光泽度的降低。The glossiness of polyurethane fiat pain of three cans is effected by A component （main agent）, B component （solidified agent）, C component （diluent）. The paper has studied the amount of extinction powder in A component, solidify speed of B component and the polarity and volatile speed of the solvent of C component on the impact of flat pain. The results showed that： the glossiness was reduced by increasing the dosage of extinction powder; to speed up volatile orb component was useful to reducing glossiness; the reducing of polarity and increasing of evaporation rate of diluent of C component reduced glossiness of fiat pain.
