摘  要:在实验生态条件下利用流式细胞术(FCM)研究了重金属Cd对青岛大扁藻的毒性效应,结果发现:(1)Cd胁迫条件下青岛大扁藻中指示其叶绿素a荧光、存活率以及活性氧水平的荧光信号均发生变化,微藻的存活率下降,叶绿素a含量有所下降,活性氧含量不断升高,与对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.001)。(2)利用FCM检测的3种指标变化与Cd胁迫浓度之间存在显著的剂量-效应关系,可用作灵敏指示微藻受到Cd胁迫的指示指标。The acute toxic effect of calcium on a species of marine microalga: Platymonas helgolandica using Flow Cytometry (FCM) was performed under controlled laboratory conditions. Results showed that: (1) The fluorescene light designating chlorophyll a (Chl a) fluorescence, survival rate, and content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) changed significantly when exposed to different concentrations of Cd. Chla content and survival rate decrease simultaneously, and the content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) significantly increased(P〈0.001) simultaneously. (2) An obvious phenomenon of concentration-dependence was observed between Cd exposure and the changes of the analyzed index, suggesting these index be further studied in its using in biomarker when exposed to heavy metal stress.
