黄河裸裂尻鱼消化道与肝胰脏淀粉酶的分布与特性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探究黄河裸裂尻鱼胃肠道及肝胰脏淀粉酶的分布与特性。[方法]采用碘—淀粉比色法,测定黄河裸裂尻鱼胃、肠道、肝胰脏淀粉酶的活性及其最适反应pH和温度。[结果]黄河裸裂尻鱼淀粉酶活性的大小依次为后肠、前肠、胃、中肠、肝胰脏;胃、肝胰脏、肠道淀粉酶最适pH分别为6.0、7.0、6.0,最适反应温度均为20.0℃。[结论]黄河裸裂尻鱼整个消化道都对淀粉表现出较强的消化能力,尤其是后肠。与其他鱼类相比,黄河裸裂尻鱼淀粉酶最适反应温度偏低,这与黄河裸裂尻鱼所处的生态环境相适应。[Objective]The research aimed to explore the distribution and properties of amylase in alimentary tract and hepatopancreas of Schizopygopsis pylzovi.[Method]The activity and optimum reaction pH and temperature of amylase were determined using colorimetric method.[Result]Results showed that the amylase activity from high to low were hind intestine,fore intestine,stomach,middle intestine and hepatopancreas;the optimum reaction pH of the amylase in the stomach,hepatopancreas and intestine for Schizopygopsis pylzovi were 6.0,7.0 and 6.0,respectively;and the optimum reaction temperature of the amylase was 20 ℃.[Conclusion]The whole alimentary tract,especially hind intestine showed high digestive ability.The optimum reaction temperature of the amylase in Schizopygopsis pylzovi was significant lower by comparison with the other fishes,which was consist with the ecological environment inhabited by Schizopygopsis pylzovi.
