摘 要:[目的]为黄河上游池塘浮游生物的调控和健康养殖提供理论依据。[方法]对黄河上游典型的老水池塘和新水池塘中浮游生物进行调查分析。[结果]老水池塘检出浮游植物5门19属,其中蓝藻门最多,占浮游生物总生物量82.66%;检出浮游动物4门类。新水池塘检出浮游植物6门16属,以蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻为主,分别占总生物量34.15%、36.40%和21.23%;检出浮游动物2门类。[结论]老水池塘含蓝藻较多,新水池塘浮游生物生物量较低,都需进行合理调控。[Objective]The paper aimed to provide a theoretical basis for plankton regulation and healthful aquaculture of pond in the upper yellow river.[Method]The plankton of the typical old water and new water ponds in the upper yellow river were surveyed and analyzed.[Results]The phytoplankton in the old water pond covered 19 genera belonging to 5 phyla was detected,and its dominant population was Cyanophyta,accounting for 82.66% of the total plankton biomass;4 phyla of zooplankton was observed.Sixteen genera in 6 phyla of the phytoplankton was identified in the new water pond,among which Cyanophyta、Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta were dominant and accounted for 34.15%,36.40% and 21.23% of the total plankton biomass,respectively;2 phyla of zooplankton were found.[Conclusion] There were many harmful blue-green algae in the old water pond,and the biomass of plankton in the new water pond was low,the plankton in the old water and new water ponds were need to be regulated.
