摘　　要：在论述了农村经济结构转型与农村土地制度改革、城市化进程与农村土地制度创新关系基础上,指出农村土地制度改革是一项复杂而又艰巨的任务。为顺利推进这一改革,在实践中一要把握好农业"规模经济"的度,二要实现土地的资本化,三要加快农村社会保障体系的构建。The transition of rural economy structure and the reform of rural land system, as well as the relation of urbanization and rural land system innovation was expounded. It was pointed out that reform of rural land policy was a complicated and huge task. In order to carry out this reform, first, the degree of agricultural ＂scale economy＂ was organized ; second, land capitalization was realized; third, construction of rural social insurance system was expedited.
