摘　　要：通过秦皇岛市资源环境现状和生态足迹分析,提出秦皇岛市在土地利用过程中应构建环境友好型土地利用模式,合理地优化和利用有限的土地资源,在经济、社会发展的同时注重生态环境的保护与建设。On the basis of the analysis on the resources and environmental situation and ecological footprint of Qinhuangdao City, building en- vironmental friendly type of the land during the land use process was put forward. Through reasonable optimization and use of limited land re- sources, it would promote both the economic and social development and the ecological environment protection and construction.
