摘　　要：目的:查深圳市外来未婚女工生殖健康服务需求情况,为社区健康服务中心开展生殖健康服务工作提供重要依据。方法:采用随机分层整群抽样方法,抽取深圳市宝安区某厂3182名外来未婚女工作为调查对象,进行现场问卷调查。结果:3182名调查对象中60.33%的女工认为社区健康服务中心有必要开展生殖健康服务,21.02%的人认为非常必要;49.68%的未婚女工希望获得生殖健康专家的服务,41.36%的女工希望获得社康中心女医生的生殖健康服务;45%的未婚女工希望在社区健康服务中心领到避孕药具,20.08%的女工希望在自动售卖机获得;调查对象希望获得生殖健康知识有:性病、艾滋病的预防方法(25.8%)、妇幼保健知识(23.25%)、避孕节育知识(20.99%);希望提供生殖健康服务的方式为:宣传资料(30.01%)、热线电话(20.05%)、健康讲座(18.07%)、咨询(16.06%)。结论:外来未婚女工希望社区健康服务中心开展生殖健康服务工作,为其提供形式多样、方便、有效的生殖健康服务。Objective：Survey of unmarried women,Shenzhen,foreign demand for reproductive health services,community health service centers provide reproductive health services,an important basis forMethods：Stratified cluster random sampling method to extract the Bao＇an District, Shenzhen factory 3182foreign unmarried women for the survey,conducted on-site surveyResults：3182survey 60.33%of the women in the community health service centers that the need for reproductive health services,21.02%of people think it is necessary;49.68%of unmarried women access to reproductive health experts want the services,41.36%of women want to get community Center reproductive health services of women doctors;45%of unmarried women want to receive in the community health service centers contraceptives,20.08%of women want to get in the vending machine;surveyed want access to reproductive health knowledge：sexually transmitted diseases,AIDS prevention method （25.8%）,maternal and child health knowledge（23.25%）,contraception knowledge（20.99%）;want to provide reproductive health services by： publicity materials（30.01%）,hotline（20.05%）,health talks（18.07% ）,consulting（16.06%）.Conclusions：Foreign single women want to carry out community health service centers of reproductive health services,providing forms,convenient and effective reproductive health services.
