摘　　要：目的:了解应用苯妥英钠时患者血清中的浓度及变化。方法:运用HPLC法测定血清中苯妥英钠的浓度。结果:该色谱条件下苯妥英钠线性范围为2.5,40mg.L-1,平均回收率为99.03%,日内、日间RSD均小于5%。结论:该法简便、经济,结果准确,适合临床实际应。Objective：To understand the application when the serum phenytoin concentration and changes.METHODS：HPLC method for the determination of serum concentration of phenytoin.Results：The chromatographic conditions,the linear range of phenytoin 2.5,40mg o L-1,the average recovery was 99.03%,day,day RSD were less than 5%.Conclusion：The method is simple,economic,accurate and suitable for clinical practice should be.
