全无痛下自凝刀射频消融治疗更年期功血40例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自凝刀射频消融术治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果,并探讨其在妇科领域的应用前景。方法:对40例更年期功能性出血的患者进行射频消融治疗,从病情的改善程度上判定治疗效果。结果:40例患者中经过治疗后治愈15例,显效13例,有效10例,总有效率为95%。结论:自凝刀射频消融术治疗更年期功能性出血效果较满意。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：Forty cases of climacteric dysfunction aluterine bleeding were treated by radiofrequency ablation on the stipulation.The main measures of effectiveness that signs of improvement.Results：There are fifteen cases was,eighteen cases was excellent,ten cases was effective.The total effective rate was 95%in 40cases.Conclusions：The radiofrequency ablation for treating climacteric dysfunctionaluterine bleeding has got satisfactory result.
