摘　　要：目的:探讨幼年类风湿关节炎外周血中凋亡因子Fas、Fas L表达情况。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测对照组、JRA组活动期及非活动期Fas、Fas L的表达水平。结果:JRA组Fas、Fas L明显高于对照组(P<0.001),活动期Fas、Fas L明显高于非活动期(P<0.01)。结论:JRA患儿外周血中Fas/Fas L表达异常,病变活动期高于非活动期。为生物学治疗提供了理论依据。Objective：To explore Fas and FasL＇s expression in peripheral blood. Methods：To detect Fas and FasL＇ s expression level in the control group, activity group and non- activity group by FCM. Results：Fas and FasL in JRA group was higher than tile control group significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The Fas and FasL＇s expression level in activity group was higher than the non - activity significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The JRA patient expression level of Fas/FasL was abnormal in peripheral blood, the expression in activity was higher than non - activity. This study provides a basis for Biological therapy.
