摘　　要：目的:探讨LEEP刀治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床价值。方法:因重度宫颈糜烂接受LEEP刀治疗的患者50例,观察手术时间、出血量、术后恢复时间。结果:LEEP治疗成功率为100%。平均手术时间为(5.32±1.41)分钟,出血量(10.32±3.21)ml。无继发性出血和感染发生。结论:LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变操作简单、完全、成功率高。Objective：To explore the therapeutic value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods：50 patients who wanted to cure their severe cervical erosion were operated by LEEP. Observe the operation time, the amount of bleedin and the time of recovery. Results： LEEP treatment success rate of 50 patients was 100%. The mean operative time was （5.32 ± 1.41 ） minutes, bleeding volume （ 10.32 ± 3.21 ） ml, No secondary bleeding and infeetiun. Conclusion： LEEP treatment of severe cervical erosion is simple, safe, high success rate.
