上肢深度烧伤创面的修复与功能重建

摘　　要：目的:提高上肢严重烧伤治愈率,减少截肢率,并恢复上肢功能。方法:2000年～2010年收治上肢深度烧伤25例,其中高压电烧伤15例,热压伤5例,放射性烧伤2例,一氧化碳中毒昏迷后烧伤3例,采用早期清创,应用腹股沟皮瓣、背阔肌肌皮瓣、交臂皮瓣等修复创面。创面一期修复并进行功能重建。结果:减少上肢截肢率,不仅挽救了肢体,缩短疗程,而且恢复了上肢功能。结论:上肢深度烧伤的早期清创、皮瓣移植,功能重建,不仅是提高上肢深度烧伤治愈率,减少截肢率,而且还是恢复上肢功能的有效办法。Objective：Improve upper limbs badly burned rates and reduce amputation rate, and restore the upper limb function. Methods：2000 -2010 upper deep bum 25 cases were 15 cases, including high - voltage electric bums and hot pressing in 5 cases, radioactive bum wounds in 2 cases, carbon monoxide poisoning coma after 3 eases, bums by early debridement, applied groin muscle flap, latissimus dorsi flaps, hand in the arm flaps repair wound. Wound repair and functional reconstr .ction phase. Results： Reduce upper limb amputation rate, not only saved the body, short treatment, and restore the upper limb function. Conclusion ： The upper deep burn an early debridement, flap transplantation, function reconstruction, is not only improve upper limbs deep bum rates and reduce amputation rate, but also the effective way to restore upper limb function.
