66例腹部闭合损伤诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:总结腹部闭合性损伤的诊断与治疗。方法:对我院1994年8月～2003年9月收治且病案资料齐全的66例腹部闭合性损伤的患者,入院后的诊断与治疗进行总结和分析。结果:患者经过腹腔穿剌,B超等检查后,全部行手术治疗,发生各种并发症27例,治愈58例,死亡8例。结论:腹部闭合性损伤,脏器受损程度重,两个以上脏器受损多见,并发症多,死亡率高。Objective ： To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of the close abdominal lesion. Methods ： To study and analyses the 66 cases who suffered from the close abdominal lesion and received medical treament in our hospital from Aug. 1994 to Sept. 2003. Results： After abdominolcentesis and B - ultrasonic, they were operated on. Eventually ,27 cases had various kinds of complications,58 were cured and 8 died. Conclusion：Patients with severe lesions of more than 2 internal organs tend to have more complications and have a higher death rate.
