摘　　要：个人信息行政法保护是个人信息保护法中的重要部分,其内容主要涉及对个人信息处理者的行政监督管理方面。发达国家的个人信息专门立法中,大都有个人信息监督机关的设置、权利义务责任以及救济等相关内容,结合我国现有的法律、建议稿和案例,在行政法的重点向权力监管转移的背景下,应着重考虑个人信息监管法律关系的调整、行政责任与法律救济的完善等问题。The protection of administrative law of personal information is an important part of the contents of personal information protective law, which mainly involves the administrative supervision of personal information. In the specific legislation of personal information in developed countries, there are personal information supervisory authority, power, responsi- bility and obligation, relief and other related contents. Combining with our existing laws, draft proposals and case studies, in the background of transferring to the power supervision, we should consider the adjustment of the legal relationship of personal information administration, the improvement of the administrative obligation and legal relief and other issues.
