国产辛伐他汀与舒降之治疗原发性高胆固醇血症的疗效比较

摘　　要：为比较国产辛伐他汀与舒降之的调脂疗效及安全性，将４０ 例原发性高胆固醇血症患者随机分为辛伐他汀组（２０例） 和舒降之组（２０ 例） ，观察服药前及服药后第４ 周和第８ 周血脂水平的变化。结果发现，服药后第４ 周及第８ 周辛伐他汀组和舒降之组血清总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及总胆固醇高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值均较治疗前显著降低（ Ｐ＜０．０１） ，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１） ；服药后第８ 周舒降之组甘油三酯水平显著降低（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１），而辛伐他汀组甘油三酯水平无显著降低。所有患者对国产辛伐他汀和舒降之的耐受性均良好，无明显不良反应。结果提示，国产辛伐他汀可有效调节脂质代谢紊乱，是一种安全有效的血脂调节剂。Aim To compare the lipid-lowering efficacy and security of zocor with homemade-simvastatin. Methods 40 patients with Hypercholesterolemia were randomized into two groups, 20 patients in simvastatin group, the others in zocor group as controls. Serum lipids levels were determined prior to lipid lowering treatment and at the end of 4 and 8 week treatment respectively. Results At the end of 4 and 8 week treatment, levels of total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein chdesterol (LDLC) and TC/HDLC (high density lipoprotein chdesterol) in both groups significantly reduced (P<0.01), while HDLC significantly raised (P<0.01). At the end of 8 week treatment, levels of triglyceride (TG) in zocor group significantly reduced (P<0.01), while not in simvastatin group. There was no obvious side effects during the period of homemade-simvastatin and zocor treatment and the patient's tolerance was good. Conclusion Homemade-simvastatin is a effective medicine for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia.
