摘 要:针对扩散焊接工艺整体受热的特殊性,采用固溶处理改善焊接过程可能出现的敏化问题.研究采用慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)评价80℃时316L奥氏体不锈钢扩散焊接头在两种不同盐酸浓度的NaCl溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为.测定了焊接接头的显微硬度分布,分析了扩散焊接头的力学性能与抗应力腐蚀性能之间的相关性.结果表明,应力腐蚀开裂发生在扩散焊接头处,焊接过程中并没有出现明显的敏化,焊后的固溶处理能改善焊接接头在该腐蚀环境下的抗应力腐蚀性能.Because of special diffusion bonding process,solution quenching was carried out to reduce the possibility of sensitization.Slow strain rate test(SSRT) was adopted in order to assess stress corrosion cracking(SCC) behavior of diffusion bonding joints of 316L stainless steel in the environment of acid NaCl solution with different HCl concentration at the temperature of 80 ℃.Microhardness distribution was measured,and the relationship between mechanical properties and stress corrosion resistance properties was also discussed in this study.Test result showed that stress corrosion cracking initiated at diffusion bonding joint,solution quenching after welding could improve stress corrosion cracking resistance properties in specific environment.
