摘　　要：热处理QC小组自2000年成立以来,先后对2A12(LY12)合金、45钢等制造的产品零件进行攻关,针对自今年6月以来出现的LY12-R制零件交验合格率下降问题,QC小组展开调查活动,保证生产的顺利进行。Since the inception of heat treatment QC group in 2000,it has made research on the products made of 2A12（LY12） alloy and 45 steel.Based on the problems of the declining inspection pass rate of LY12-R parts from June in this year,QC team conducted investigation to ensure the smooth production.
