摘　　要：本文在研究了攻制内螺纹的工作中,尤其是机攻中常出现的问题的基础上,提出了解决办法。同时针对攻丝操作中常使用的冷却润滑液不能满足工作要求的问题,进行了深入研究和实验,通过在实践中摸索,研制了一种新型的"机攻螺纹润滑液",从而节约了成本,提高了工效,保证了产品的质量,取得了较好的经济效益。Based on the study of tapping the internal thread,especially the problems in tapping with machine,the article proposed solutions.Also it deeply studied and experiment with the problems that coolant and lubricants used in operation can not meet the work requirements.By groping in practice,we developed a new type of lubricants used by tapping with machine,thus saving the cost,improving efficiency,ensuring product quality,and achieving good economic results.
