摘  要:使用氦氖激光、Nd∶YAG 倍频脉冲激光和铜蒸气激光,以不同剂量对洛法他汀产生菌L1109 进行诱变照射,同时对激光修复作用进行探讨。结果表明,被照菌株产洛法能力有不同程度提高。氦氖激光照射最高提高23-2 % ,Nd∶YAG 倍频脉冲激光照射最高提高20-8% 。铜蒸气激光照射提高6-3 % 。将菌株紫外线辐射后再以低剂量氦氖激光照射,获得一株高产优质新菌种L2101 ,产洛法能力提高30 % 以上,遗传性能稳定。In this paper, the effect that Lovastatin producig strains L 1 109 were irradiated with copper vapor laser, He Ne laser and frequency doubling Nd∶YAG pulse laser for different radiation dosages were studied, at the same time discussed the He Ne laser reparation affect. The experimental result indicated that the yield of Lovastatin produced by L 1 109 that was irradiated with He Ne laser for 15 minutes increased 23.2%, with frequency doubling Nd∶YAG pulse laser irradiated for 60 times increased 20.8%, with copper vapor laser irrdiated increased 6.3%. A high yield strain L 2 101 which were irradiated with UV and low dosages He Ne laser was obtained, its ability of producing Lovastatin is higher 30% than its parent strain, and this ability can be steadily inherited.
