腹腔镜脾切除加贲门血管离断术患者实施健康教育路径效果分析

摘　　要：目的:优化腹腔镜脾切除加贲门血管离断术患者健康教育的护理流程。方法:将28例患者按时间先后分成两组,将接受常规健康教育的11例患者设为对照组,接受健康教育路径的17例患者设为观察组,观察两组患者健康知识掌握程度和对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组健康知识掌握程度及患者对护理工作满意度均明显高于对照组。结论:健康教育路径用于腹腔镜脾切除加贲门血管离断术患者,有利于提高患者对健康教育的掌握及患者对护理工作的满意度,还可优化护理流程,提升护理服务质量。Objective To optimize the nursing process of the health education to the patients who receive the laparoscopic splenectomy combined with the cardial devascularization.Method Twenty-eight patients were divided into two groups.Eleven patients that received the regular health education as the control group,and 17 patients that received the health education pathway as the observation group.Results The degree of satisfaction and the mastery extent of health knowledge of the observation group were evaluated.Conclusion The application of the health education pathway to the patients that undergo the laparoscopic splenectomy combined with the cardial devascularization can improve the patients′ satisfaction to the nursing care and the effectiveness of the health education,optimize the nursing process and finally improve the quality of the nursing service.
