摘  要:目的:本文旨在了解缺氧时多形核白细胞(PMN)与肺微血管内皮细胞(PMVEC)粘附对血管壁通透性影响的机理。方法:利用兔PMN悬液与PMVEC单层共育模型,观察缺氧时兔PMN与PMVEC粘附率、血小板活化因子(PAF)、一氧化氮的变化(NO),通过CD18 单抗封闭试验观察了粘附率与PAF、NO释放间的相关关系。结果与结论:缺氧时致的PMN- PMVEC粘附明显影响了PAF、NO的释放。To investigate why polymorphoneuclear leukocyte (PMN) adhesion to pulmonary microvasclular endothelial cell (PMVEC) can change vascular permeability during hypoxia Method:The cell culture platelets with PMN and/or cultured PMVEC were exposed to hypoxia (PO 2=15~20mmHg).And some of them were added monoclone antibody CD18 to change the adhesion.The adhesion rates and the NO and PAF were assayed.And the relation between ashesion rate and NO or PAF was analysised.Results:Comparing with normoxia,hypoxia increased the adhesion rates.The monoclone antibody reduced the adhesion rates,PAF and NO.And the adhesion rate was correlative to PAF or No.Conclusion:The release of NO and PAF are related to PMN adherence to PMVEC during hypoxia.
