摘 要:目的:探讨氧合液的抗休克作用和机制。方法:在4 700m 的高海拔区实地观察了氧合液对高原失血性休克家兔脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。结果:氧合液治疗后能明显降低休克动物血浆和组织中MDA水平,提高血浆和组织中SOD、GSH—PX水平,降低血浆和组织中GSH水平。结论:休克后及时使用氧合液治疗能早期纠正体内脂质过氧化损伤,恢复休克机体内氧化与抗氧化新的平衡,从而促进休克机体复苏。To study the protective eff ects of oxygenate solution to lipid peroxydation in base of antishock mechanism at high altitude (4 700m).Methods:A total of 40 rabbitts were divided into 5 groups.Group 1,2,and 3 were given oxygenate solution,vitamin C and naloxone respectively; group 4 served as control and group 5 served as black control.Results:level of MDA and GSH was obviously decreased by the oxygenate solution in plasma and tissue of animals with shock while the level of SOD and GSH_PX were increased.Conclusions:This resserach has demonstrated the oxygenate solution can early play a protective role for lipid peroxidation injury after shock has occuerred,viz.through recovering the balance between oxidation and antioxidation to promote the resuscitation of patients with shock at high altitude.$$$$
