ECG OF HEALTHY OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS ACUTE EXPOSED VARIOUS ALTITUDE

摘  要:目的:掌握大批官兵急进高原的心电图变化;方法:仪器采用上海产ECG-11A型,定准电压为1m v,走纸速度为25m m /秒,分别对1 500m 、2 850m 、3 800m 、5 030m 心电图各波、段值进行观察;结果:用自身对照t检验统计学处理,心率随海拔增高而增加,节律随海拔增高而发生不齐的人数增加,P波随海拔增高而时间、电压增高,P-R间期和Q-T间期无明显变化规律,R波在I、avF、V5 随海拔增高,振幅有逐步下降的趋势;S波在Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ随海拔增高,振幅有逐步增高的趋势;S-T段改变随海拔增高而发生改变的例数增加;结论:我们认为心电图改变,可以做为军民在未来高原地区作战、施工、急进高原提供筛选人员的参考依据。To understand the changes of ECG of numerous nembers of trops,who were acutely exposed to different altitude(1 500m,2 800m 3 800m and 5 030m).Methods:A total of 121 healthy subjects,mean age 21 56yr,no a altitude living history as well heart and lung disease,were used with this study.The ECG were examined by using a ECG-11A unit,made in Shanghai,at various altitude and using each subjects as his own control.Results:The duration and voltage of P-wave of ECG were in creased with a higher altitude but P-R and Q-T interval did not show a greater changes;amptitude of vibration of R-valve gradually decreased wity higher altitude in lead I,avF,V 5;amptitude of vibration of S-valve gradually in creased with higher altitude in lead I,Ⅲ,v1;the numbers of soldiers with changed S-T interval were in creased with higher altitude.Conclusion:The study suggests that examination of ECG is a useful detective way whether a person can adapt altitude hypoxia when the population would be selected to come to high altitude environment.
